Purpose
These are used for providing lubrication to the spindle.
The instructions for installing these parts is at the MDF Rose Engine 2.0 Library (https://mdfre2.colvintools.com) in the Jigs, Fixtures, & Add-Ons book, Volume 2. It is a red book on the 2nd shelf.
